Todos Las Dias

When you're a man of Steve Sakas reputation, every year presents new challenges to your company. His initial release, Sobremesa, set the bar pretty high, especially for a brand new company. He continued his winning streak with the rich and bold Mi Queirda, and the medium and creamy Muestra de Saka. Then it was time for the 2017 trade show. What the hell was this guy going to do next? Could it measure up to his previous releases? Can the sasquatch be defeated? Well, it seems Steve has risen to new heights with this power packed gem.

The Todos Las Dias is not for the beginner. It was made especially for the seasoned smoker who prefers a well-rounded, full bodied smoke. It is hand rolled in the Joya de Nicaragua factory, deep in the heart of Esteli. It is a Nicaraguan puro, using filler tobaccos from both Esteli and Jalapa, along with a hearty Cuban seed wrapper. Todos Las Dias has many of the great flavor notes I look for in a full bodied Nicaraguan including pepper, espresso, spice and cedar. However, there is a unique almost red chili pepper flavor that makes this cigar one of a kind.

This may have been one of my favorite years for cigar releases. From the two new Cornelius and Anthony, to the H. Upmann by AJ and the El Guguense maduro, there are countless new cigars that I believe are top 25 worthy. In terms of full body, there are two powerhouses you must try. One is the Jacob’s Ladder from Southern Draw, and the other is the delectable Todos Las Dias from Dunbarton.
