This year marks the first time that Las Calaveras is a Nicaraguan puro. Starting in 2014, Las Calaveras is a way for the folks at Crowned Heads to celebrate the lives of those close to the company who passed each year, representing them with their initials on the bands and a top-shelf blend of fine tobaccos. For 2022, the blend consists entirely of Nicaraguan tobaccos featuring extensively aged Nicaraguan long filler and binder tobaccos elegantly dressed in a vintage Corojo 99 wrapper.
