The first Anniversary cigar ever crafted by Padron, this smoke set the stage for more than 2 decades of perfection. This Churchill sized box pressed is rolled with aged Nicaraguan tobaccos, including a stunning sun grown wrapper. The burn is as perfect as you will ever find and the spicy flavor profile is extremely well balanced. See where it all began with the Padron 1964.
I'm not a cigar expert by any means. I just started enjoying them a year or so ago. I've sampled many types/brands over the last year. My favorite by far is the Padron 1964 anniversary series. To me this is the cleanest burning cigar to date. It burns even and slow every time with a very nice ash. I love that it doesn't contain a lot of flame in the smoke so it never gets hot not to mention there's very little aftertaste. Most cigars I'm still tasting the next day. Not this one. It has a very warm mellow flavor that doesn't hang around in your mouth for 36 hours. I highly recommend you sample this cigar.
