The Story of An American Dream is hands down the best book about cigars that I have ever read! It starts with Jose O. Padron’s migration from Cuba to Miami in 1962, all the way up to when he formed the now famous Padron Cigar brand. In between, you will discover the many ups, downs, and overwhelming challenges that he faced along the way. It’s a plight that many other Cuban-born cigar makers faced during the early Castro days, but it's told in such an easy to read fashion that it’s virtually impossible to put down. This is a must read for every serious cigar enthusiast!
