Davidoff Year of The Horse

Experience the height of luxury with Davidoff Year of the Horse. This rare collector’s edition is a true piece of Davidoff history, designed for discerning aficionado. It features a world-first blend composed of six Davidoff-exclusive hybrid tobaccos, boasting an incredible combined aging time of 43 years. Savor the journey through sophisticated flavor and complexity, born from seven years of masterful cigar craftmanship. Davidoff Year of the Horse is the 15th installment of the brand’s Zodiac line, which is comprised of an Ecuadorian wrapper and binder around Dominican filler. This makes the cigar a kind of self-contained adventure story, with the first third of the cigar bringing in notes of sweet cream, fresh herbs and leather before transitioning to notes of milk chocolate, toasted wood and coffee. The finale is a series of roasted hazelnut, deep earth and black pepper accents that hit nearly every sensory note on the palate. In a press release, the brand’s CSMO said the work is meant to “showcase our expertise in seed development and blending. These creations will surely resonate strongly with collectors and connoisseurs alike across all key markets.” Every leaf comes from a proprietary hybrid seed that is exclusive to the Davidoff brand. Medium-full bodied in strength, Davidoff recommends pairing the offering with citrus-based cocktails, which will accentuate its floral capabilities and bring home its vibrance. Ten cigars come luxuriously presented in a stunning dark wood box. Adorned with lucky red and green accents, and a special collectible medallion, it’s a beautiful and elegant centerpiece you’ll be proud to display long after the cigars are gone.
