The original My Father made the García family a household name. That blend was crafted by Jaime García as a present to his father, the great Don Pepín. Following in his son’s footsteps (odd phrasing yet true), Pepín then decided to craft a cigar to honor his father. The result is one of the most beloved Nicaraguan cigars ever created. Le Bijou, or “the Jewel,” is a full-bodied delight, hand rolled in Pepín’s My Father factory in Estelí. It contains choice vintage Nicaraguan long-filler and binder tobaccos and is cloaked in a dark Habano oscuro wrapper. It displays notes of pepper and spice with a rich, dark-cocoa taste, and ends with a delicious sweet spice. This cigar was chosen as Cigar Aficionado’s number-one cigar of the year in 2015. You will fall in love with this cigar the moment you light it up.
