Stillwell Star Aromatic Dulce

A dark Ecuadorian Habano wrapper gives the Dunbarton StillWell Star Aromatic Dulce Dark Petit Robusto 5 x 48 a deep, shadow-filled entry into this mellow-bodied collaboration from Steve Saka and Jeremy Reeves. This shorter format packs a robust, woodsy backbone into a Mexican San Andrés binder and a Nicaraguan long-filler bunch. Inside, a specialty pipe tobacco mix of Black Cavendish, Golden Virginia, and Burley leaves weaves together notes of warm caramel and vanilla bean. The heavier Habano leaf completely alters the dynamic, layering rich undertones of roasted nuts and dark soil over the sweet room note. The 13-count boxes available at Cigars.com today are a perfect choice if you want to swap a long session for a swift, rich escape.
