Another top-rated blend in the famous portfolio of Drew Estate cigars, Undercrown really impressed me with its outstanding construction and elegant appearance. Covering this opulent blend is a Mexican wrapper that is so oily it almost felt like it would slip out of my hand! While it burned incredibly slowly, a sweet, almost citrus-like aroma captivated my senses. With its medium-to-full-bodied character, Undercrown really performed like a top-notch maduro, providing my palate with creamy textured notes of black cherry, chocolate, coffee bean, and leather. On the exhale, the cigar has some floral flavors that really add to its overall refinement. Two thumbs up on this beauty!
