Macanudo Maduro

Hyde Park/ 5.5 × 49

I started smoking the famous Macanudo Hyde Park when I still had hair! Many moons later, the rich, medium body Maduro flavors of pepper, spice, chocolate, coffee, and cream still taste just as good as the first one that I ever lit up! A premium handmade cigar doesn’t get any better than this.

I love the rich meat taste of the Maduro wrapper.

A very delightful Cigar. It's peppery, spicy, chocolaty, with other hints of coffee and cream. It burns good and mostly evenly. It lasts me 2 full days of smoking because it burns nice and slowly. Its an incredible little cigar, especially for the price. If you can purchase during a sale or using a coupon, I highly recommend stocking up.

I take my coffee Black with a little bit of sugar. Kind of how I take my cigars. This one is to die for. It’s definitely one of a kind. A classic.

What a great bang for buck cigar! It has actually become one of my top 5 cigars. Here is my rating of them as I smoked them. This also applies to the Torpedo version. Firm pack to start, then med firm. Toothy dark brown with tinge of red tone. Long finish. A mostly open draw. VG smoke output. Med+ body & strength. Ash is amongst the best. Points only deducted for re-lights and touch ups. . Excellent! 1/3. Cocoa. Earth. Touch of Espresso.. Smooth overall. Plenty of Sweetness on lips. Sweet cayenne pepper and spice zest, also on lips and inside mouth but does not overpower. Sweetness dances with the pepper and spice. Nice. 3 touch ups . -2 2/3. Strength ramped up a touch then backs off. Core flavors remain. Pepper up a bit and backs off. Sweetness still all there. Mild tobacco flavor. 2 touch ups. 1 re-light. -2 3/3. Body and strength med +. Not much change from 2/3. Still sweet! 1 re- light. -2 About a 90 minute smoke. Rating. 94.

I enjoyed the flavor of this cigar and it goes well with a nice cognac

I received one of these in a sample pack and I must say these are better than the old brand. The draw is much better along with good flavor. Solid construction as you would expect from the this brand.

Wrapper, traditional funk, Smoke- surprisingly light, sweet, no real 'spicy/boldness' , solid smoke, great w/Glendronach 18yr if you like scotch

Warm chocolate tones, with a little earthiness. Excellent burn, very slow and even. Great with a cup of coffee or as a substitute for one.

Firm, dark, not real peppery. I like the draw and it burns even. I prefer a more darker taste but it was refreshing.
