To me, nothing beats a super-premium Nicaraguan puro, and the Oliva Serie O, in my opinion, is one of the best! Medium-bodied in strength, yet very full flavored, the cigar features the finest aged tobaccos from three of Nicaragua’s top growing regions: Estelí, Condega, and the Jalapa Valley, each with its own distinct character that makes the blend very complex. The Habano wrapper covering this stick has an oily sheen and hardly any veins. The cigar opens with a powerful blast of black pepper that really grabs your attention. Several puffs in, the floodgates open to flavor-packed notes of chocolate, black cherry, leather, and sweet spice. Oliva Serie O pairs wonderfully with a cognac or single malt Scotch.
