The maduro wrapper covering this Nicaraguan blend was very dark, along with being seamless and waxy to the touch. The pre-light nose displayed notes of hay and musty cedar that denotes perfect aging. Billed as a medium to full bodied cigar, I detected exceptionally smooth and creamy tasting notes of chocolate, pepper, black cherry, and sweet cream. Unlike a few other one and done cigars that I’ve smoked lately, this beauty has found a permanent spot in my everyday cigar rotation.
