Havoc by AJ Fernandez

Havoc by AJ Fernandez Belicoso is a stunning Nicaraguan puro made entirely from Cuban seed tobacco grown on AJ’s farm. The cigar had a seamless wrapper with a nice oily sheen that had a great mouthfeel. Like all Belicoso’s with a tapered foot, the cigar starts of slowly with whisps of black pepper delivered with a tight draw. However, once the flame hits the thicker part of the barrel, it releases bold, yet well balanced flavors of earth, leather, and cinnamon, with nuances of black pepper remaining in the background. The cigar held a long white ash with only a couple of touch-ups required. I’m a huge fan of AJ Fernandez cigars, but Havoc ranks up there with the best of them. Grab a box or a few singles… you won’t be disappointed.
